OCCUPANT SURVEYS FOR LEED CERTIFICATION

Kingsley Associates’ Occupant Comfort Survey is designed specifically to assist building owners, managers and consultants with the LEED certification process. This survey program adheres to the guidelines set forth by the U.S. Green Building Council for LEED-EBOM Credit IEQ 2.1. It assesses building occupants’ comfort as it relates to thermal comfort, indoor air quality, acoustics, building cleanliness and lighting levels.

By participating in this program, you will have access to Kingsley Associates’ best-in-class occupant comfort Web survey instrument and will be guaranteed a quick, timely turnaround in keeping with your project’s performance period. The program is available for participation each month throughout the year and typically runs for 30 days from survey launch to report delivery.

Upon completion of the Occupant Comfort Survey, you will receive a report that clearly outlines the building’s areas of excellence and, more importantly, any areas of occupant dissatisfaction that require attention. Using the detailed analysis in the report, property managers can quickly follow up on areas of dissatisfaction to fulfill the necessary requirements for obtaining the LEED IEQ 2.1 credit.
